On November 22, 2025, the Final Assessment and the Proposed Risk Management Approach for the Decenes Group were published with a 60-day public comment period. These substances are proposed to meet the Section 64 criteria of CEPA and are prosed for listing in Part 2 of Schedule 1. The proposed risk management actions target inhalation exposure in spray products for the cleaning and maintenance of firearms. The action is not expected to impact CAC members.
