Environment and Climate Change Canada will be hosting an information session regarding CEPA Section 71, Notice with respect to certain substances under the Chemicals Management Plan ─ 2023 on November 29. We have communicated out additional context behind this survey earlier this year.
Cosmetics Alliance will seek to work with PCPC to cross reference of implicated substances with INCI and we will engage with our committees and membership on the cross reference in the upcoming weeks, we will share with you this preliminary list below as we work to confirm that these are the substances involved in the survey. As this survey is mandatory, we encourage you to take part in the survey. Please note that there are different trigger volumes for reporting depending on the substance. A reminder that the deadline for this mandatory survey is on January 17, 2024.
