The NNHPD has returned to meeting its performance standards for new and post-licensing Class I and II applications. There are approximately 4150 files in Class III (4130 in August) (this includes new and post-licensing files that are in queue and working), of those approximately 900 (840 files August) are past the 210-day service standard.
- Screening files at approx. 130 -160 days (110 – 140 days August)
- Assessing files at approx. 240 days (220 days August)
- Issuing decisions at approx. 260 days (270 days August)
