PRODUCT APPLICATIONS:
Class I Applications:
- Currently meeting service standards.
Class II Applications (meeting Workload Management eligibility criteria):
- There are approximately 1050 prioritized files in Class II (this includes new and post-licensing files that are in queue and working), of those, approximately 630 files are past the 90-day service standard.
- NNHPD is currently issuing decisions for files that were prioritized in February 2026.
Class III Applications (meeting Workload Management eligibility criteria):
- NNHPD is currently issuing decisions for approximately 200 Class III applications each month.
- Decisions are issued approximately 180 days after the review is initiated on an application (based on files licensed in the last month).
- Regarding application priority dates, we are currently assigning applications that submitted a WMF prior to November 2025 for review. There are 50 files remaining in this category. The subsequent group assigned will cover applications that submitted a WMF between November and December 15, 2025, which consists of 500 files.

HPCD is currently reviewing new applications as of:
Stream 1: Site Clock Day 41 (received as of July 2026)
Stream 2 or Stream 3: Site Clock Day 103 (received as of April 2026)
HPCD is currently reviewing amendments as of:

Stream 2 or Stream 3: Site Clock Day 105 (received as of April 2026)
HPCD is currently reviewing renewals as of:
