The 23rd ATP to the EU CLP regulation, (COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2025/1222) was published on June 20, 2025, in the Official Journal of the European Union (see Attachment 01). As usual, the Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal, i.e. 10 July 2025 and it shall apply 18 months later on1 February 2027.
