The Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) is seeking public and stakeholder feedback on a proposed regulatory pathway for over-the-counter health products containing CBD. They have released a discussion paper outlining their approach and are collecting comments through their online form. NNHPD’s goal is to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality CBD products are available for human and animal use.
