Class I Applications:
- Currently meeting service standards.
Class II Applications (meeting Workload Management eligibility criteria):
- There are approximately 900 prioritized files in Class II (this includes new and post-licensing files that are in queue and working), the majority are past the 90-day service standard. NNHPD is currently issuing decisions for files that were prioritized in December 2025.
Class III Applications (meeting Workload Management eligibility criteria):
- There are approximately 3400 prioritized files in Class III (this includes new and post-licensing files that are in queue and working), of those approximately 1200 files are past the 210-day service standard.
- NNHPD is currently:
- Processing files at 15 days;
- Issuing decisions at approx. 270 days*
*taken from files licensed in the last two months that required an Information Request Notice.
