Class II Applications (meeting Workload Management eligibility criteria):
- Prioritized Class 2 applications are issued a decision within the 90-day performance standards.
Class III Applications (meeting Workload Management eligibility criteria):
- There are approximately 3000 prioritized files in Class III (this includes new and post-licensing files that are in queue and working), of those approximately 1120 files are past the 210-day service standard.
- NNHPD is currently:
- Processing files at 15 days;
- Issuing decisions at approx. 270 days*
*taken from files licensed in the last two months that required an Information Request Notice.
