The Consumer & Hazardous Products Safety Directorate (CHPSD) has published the 2025 Consultation on Proposed Updates to the Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist on November 19, 2025. The consultation will close on February 17, 2026. Below for your reference are the Hotlist Ingredient Review (HIR) documents that are only available upon request from CHPSD.
Cosmetics Alliance is working closely with Fragrance Creators Association (FCA) and International Fragrance Association (IFRA) on Furocoumarins and will be reviewing the HIRs in detail. We will also be working with our RAIS & PCMA committee to submit comments for this consultation.
