The Web PLA and ANF have been updated and are now available on-line. The Pause in processing submission targeted between Décembre 1st and 15th had ended. The improvements to the forms are intended to:
- Include key improvements to streamline (accelerate) the application process and
- Reduce administrative burden for both applicants and the NNHPD
- Expanding eligibility under the “to be sold and/or manufactured in Canada” provision
