The Décembre 2025 issue of the Workplace Hazardous Products Program (WHPP) newsletter is now available!
This issue shares updates, such as a summary of the recent Novembre 2025 WHPP multi-stakeholder workshop. It also draws attention to the termination of the 3-year transition period for the amended Hazardous Products Regulations. Although the transition period ended on Décembre 14, 2025, the enforcement approach will be limited to compliance promotion until Juillet 19, 2027 to allow for alignment with the US implementation deadline. All hazardous products must have hazard classifications, safety data sheets, and labels (if applicable) that fully comply with the amended HPR after that time.
