The NNHPD is consulting on this guidance document in two phases:
Wave 1 (current): administrative changes and process improvements, while reflecting the current state of application management, reformatting and simplified language to meet newer government publishing standards
Wave 2 (2026): additional process improvements that require more time to implement and the potential for policy changes
The draft for Wave 1 is attached. At this time they are also looking for further updates to this document which should be considered in Wave 2.
CA will be working through the PCMA Committee to provide comments to this consultation.
