On Mars 5, 2025, Cosmetics Alliance notified members that the Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate (NNHPD) was changing the order in which they will review Class III NHPs applications. Here is the new NHP Licensing Bulletin.
The deadline for submitting a Workload Management Form for applications and amendments submitted prior to Mars 5, 2025, was Mai 1, 2025.
In addition, NNHPD will be applying the Workload Management criteria to Class II applications. An additional bulletin will be posted later this Spring with further details.
